LATE MORNING DAVENING 9:05-10:05am
Songs of Refuge and Restoration with Abby Bellows and Russ Agdern Location: Tent — far side
In this collaborative song swap, participants will be invited to share melodies (in Hebrew or English) that are simple, widely known, or teachable without song sheets. We will be dwelling on the theme of the week — songs that bring us a sense of refuge, reconnection, and groundedness.
FRIDAY MORNING WORKSHOPS 9:05-10:05am
Branded: Reading the Tamed & the Wild Landscape with Shoshana Guggenheim Kedem Location: Jubilee
Join our Hollander-Weisbard Social Justice Artist-in-Residence and Pearlstone’s local naturalist for an eye opening journey that sheds light on the way we (literally) navigate our world today. You’ll get to know more than you may have ever wanted to about your geographical frames of reference.
Walking the Labyrinth with Pam Wax Location: Vineyard
A labyrinth is an ancient spiritual tool designed to foster contemplation and spiritual transformation. After a short study about labyrinths and the Jewish connection, we will walk the small outdoor labyrinth at Pearlstone as a walking meditation.
Knitting with Naomi Borrebach Location: WellSpring
The Empty Space with Lisa Huberman Location: Orchard
Peter Brook’s The Empty Space argues that any ’empty space’ can be a stage. How can we apply this to institutional Judaism, using Rabbi Benay Lappe’s Crash Talk to offer interesting kavanot as we navigate “crashes” in the Jewish world.
Democracy in Torah? with Matt Thomases Location: Willow
A preliminary discussion of democratic and authoritarian groups in Torah.
FRIDAY AFTERNOON WORKSHOPS 3:15-4:15pm

Chaim Grade’s story. ‘My quarrel with Hersh Raseyner’. with Debby Mowshowitz Location: Citron
Text excerpts will be read. If you want a complete version or a link to it bring a device.
“Land Stories” and Linke Fligl with Ollie Schwartz Location: Jubilee
The “Land Stories” practice is a workshop full of song, reflection, ritual, and lineage exploration.
