Housing Options

This year, our housing options at Pearlstone include

• Hotel rooms in Lodges 1-3 where rooms have private bathrooms, 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa.
• Hotel rooms in Lodge 5 where rooms have private bathrooms, 1 queen bed, a sleeper chair, and a mini fridge.
• A Youth Hostel Style Dorm (Lodge 4) with shared bathrooms and a mix of twin and bunk beds. Most rooms accomodate 4-6 people. If you are registering for 4 or more people, you will be able to reserve and entire dorm room.
• One cabin with a living area and kitchenette that accomodates 8 people. You will need to reserve the entire cabin as a group.

Prices and Fees

Prices shown in red are eligible for an automatic 10% or 20% sliding scale discount and for financial aid grants. (Grant application coming soon.)

Make sure you’re signed up for our email list to find out when registration will open this spring!

Regular registration will run through June 9. Late registration will be from June 10-June 16. Prices will rise during late registration and the sliding scale discount and grant aid will no longer be available.

Full Week Prices

Full week prices include housing Monday night-Saturday night (except commuters),  two classes, all programing, and all meals from Monday Dinner-Sunday Breakfast.

Cabin (sleeps 8)

Flat price of $16,000  Contact Alyse Portera if you are interested in the cabin.

Full Week in a Hotel Room

Teen-Adult $1700 (After June 10  $1875)

Ages 6-12 $900 (After June 10 $975)

Ages 3-5 $450 (After June 10 $475)

Ages 0-2 $300 (After June 10 $325)

Single supplement (for anyone alone in a room) $850

Extra room fee (for families taking two adjoining rooms) $1600
