Refunds from Eventbrite
Refunds can only be requested and processed through Eventbrite.
Refunds may be issued up to 7 days before the event starts (7/18/21 is the cut-off).
The Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable, therefore, Eventbrite will not return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed.
Cancelled and postponed events
If an event is cancelled or postponed, Eventbrite will refund the entire purchase amount including fees.
Duplicate charges
If a buyer was mistakenly charged multiple times for the same purchase, Eventbrite will issue a full refund (including fees) if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Passing on or including fees
Processing fees are the responsibility of the attendee. Eventbrite fees will be retained when an order is refunded, unless the event is cancelled.
