The Coordinator organizes the Course Sampler program, which provides snapshots of the courses offered at Institute and is typically held Shabbat afternoon. The Coordinator lines up the presenters, works with the Office to arrange logistics, and consults with the Core Team if needed.

Plan and host an LGBTQ gathering towards the beginning of the week.  Coordinate with the Core Team and Office if necessary.

If you are interested in hosting the LGBTQ gathering at Summer Institute, email the volunteer@havurah.org.

Plan and lead interested participants on a hike at a nearby scenic location. Work with the Core Team on timing and the Office on logistics (e.g. transportation and snacks).

This volunteer recruits and schedules acts for the talent show, as well as lining up a master-of-ceremonies for the event.
