Grants for Summer Institute 2024

Here’s some information on this year’s pricing and sliding scale. If you need additional help, the grants committee can offer further discounts. This year, payment is required in order to complete the registration form, so if you’re applying for a grant you’ll need to do so before you register. To apply for a grant, complete the grant request and submit it by April 10*. Applications received by April 10 will be processed before registration opens for everyone. Those who apply by April 10 will have the best chance to get their first-choice courses. Questions? Write to grants@nhc.org.

The National Havurah Committee has operated with very little income during the Covid years. NHC has survived these years of challenge; however, the grants policy adopted in 2007 is tempered at present because of the drain on our resources since 2020. The former grants policy assured that no one will be denied attendance at an Institute for financial reasons. We will return to that policy when it is fiscally responsible to do so. All donations to NHC will help us get there.
